摘要
通过FT-IR和1HNMR对自制的三种产品的结构进行了表征,证明产品为烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱,并对三种磺丙基甜菜碱的表面性能和泡沫性能进行了研究。结果表明,三种磺丙基甜菜碱的表面活性随着烷基链长的增加逐渐增强;三种表面活性剂的起泡性随浓度增加而增加,到一定值后保持不变,稳泡性随浓度增加逐渐增强,起泡性随着温度的增加呈缓慢增加趋势,稳泡性随着温度增加逐渐降低。
Three products of the structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy,which proved the products are alkyl dimethyl sulfo-butane betaines,and three kinds of sulfo-propane betaines of surface property,foaming property and emulsifying property were studied.The results show that with the increase of alkyl chain length surface properties activity of three kinds of sulfo-propane betaines is gradually improved.As the mass concentration of three kinds of surfactant raised,the foaming power increases firstly and to a certain value essentially unchanged,and foam stability enhances gradually with increasing concentration.As the temperature increased,the foaming power heightenes slowly,while foam stability decreases.
