摘要
实验以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐和无水氯化锌为原料,以碳酸二甲酯为甲基化试剂合成昆布氨酸(又称N-三甲基赖氨酸),改变甲基化反应温度,分别为15℃、30℃、50℃、60℃、65℃、70℃,用pH计测定反应过程中pH值的变化,探讨甲基化反应中pH随温度变化的规律,并作出相应的规律曲线,分析得到最佳反应温度为65℃。
Laminine was synthesized by L-lysine monohydrochloride and Zinc chloride Anhydrous as raw materials with dimethyl carbonate(DMC) as methylation agents in water medium.Changing the temperature of methylation as 15 ℃,30 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃,65 ℃,70 ℃,the pH values were measured every 2 minutes according to the process of reaction.Studying the relationship of temperature and pH,the best reaction temperature is 65 ℃ as a result.
