摘要
以某两栖飞机为原型,首先基于CATIA建立了起落架的数字化样机;其次通过SimDesigner导入到Adams/Aircraft中建立了全机着陆性能仿真模型,进行全机着陆性能仿真并计算出主起落架的最大轴向力;然后基于Patran建立关键结构的有限元分析和优化模型,提交到Nastran中进行优化设计分析;最后依据优化结果对结构进行了瞬态分析。仿真和优化的结果对设计两栖飞机起落架有一定的工程参考价值。
A digital mock-up for landing gears of the amphibious aircraft was set up on CATIA at first.Then,the digital mock-up for landing gears was exported to Adams/Aircraft through SimDesigner.After that,a model for dynamic analysis of aircraft landing impact was established on Adams/Aircraft to calculate the maximum axis force of the main landing gears.There is good correspondence between the simulation results and the required results.Finite element models are built to analyze the stress of the key structures in Patran.Optimization models were developed to reduce weights of the key structures according to finite element models.The models are submitted to Nastran to give the results.Finally,the transient response analysis is given to the key structures based on the optimization results.The models are good and worthy of engineering reference.
