基于点检制的输变电设备状态检修的研究

现行检修体制存在"临时性维修频繁、维修不足、维修过剩、盲目维修"等缺陷.针对传统计划检修和故障检修体制的严重弊端,本文提出以点检为基础实现变压器状态检修的方法.该方法将重点放在点检制状态检修方案的设计和状态评价上,通过点检和状态评价,准确地把握变压器的状态信息,有针对性地进行维修,将故障和重大事故消灭在萌芽状态,降低维修成本.

The existing service structure has such defect as ＂frequent temporary repairs,insufficient maintenance,excess repair and blind repair＂.To solve the serious problems of the traditional plan and hitch overhaul system,the paper put forward the method of transformer state maintenance based on spot check.The method will focus on the condition assessment and the design of state repair scheme based on spot check.A correct grasp of the transformer status information is provided by spot check and condition assessment.The trouble and accident is destroyed by such low cost maintenance.
