Auto Degreasing-and-Bleaching Controlling System Based on PLC

运用PLC技术控制自动脱漂控制系统以完成自动注水、自动脱漂、配方加注、自动加温、自动排放、自动真空抽吸等工艺步骤,实现无人化操作.设计的自动脱漂控制系统运行稳定,提高了生产效率;其次,设计的控制系统具有精度高,稳定性好,可靠性高等特点;最后,系统操作界面设计简单,工艺员和普通的操作工人经过较短时间的培训就可以熟悉系统的使用.

By using PLC techniques to handle the auto-degreasing-and-bleaching controlling system,we have accomplished a series of technological steps,namely,the auto water injecting,the auto degreasing and bleaching,the formula injecting,the auto heating,the auto draining,and the vacuum suction,etc.;thus the unmanned operation has been realized.Firstly,the design of auto-degreasing-and-bleaching controlling system runs stable and enhances the production efficiency.Secondly,the system also possesses the features like high precision,good stability and considerable reliability etc.Finally,the design of operation interface is simple so as to make technicians and operating staffs to be familiar with it after a short period of training.
