摘要
通过对迈克耳孙干涉仪干涉原理和干涉光路的分析,得到了接收屏上的各级干涉条纹方程,在此基础上对干涉条纹的形状进行了模拟和讨论.
Equation of all interference fringes on the collecting screen is obtained by the analysis of the principle and the interference light path of Michelson interferometer.On that basis,the shape of interference fringe is simulated and discussed.
