摘要
分析了图书馆期刊工作面临的形势,期刊馆员素质现状,提出了具有针对性的提高服务素质的方法。
In this paper,the situation of the periodicals work in the libraries was analyzed,as well as the librarians quality,and the targeted approach to improve the quality of services was proposed.
