摘要
介绍了学科馆员的发展历史,分析了高校图书馆实行学科馆员制度的必要性,并对提高高校图书馆学科馆员的素质提出了建议。
In this article,the history of subject-librarian was introduced,and the necessity of subject-librarian system in college libraries was analyzed,and in the end,the countermeasures to improve the quality of subject-librarian in college libraries were proposed.
