摘要
黄酮类化合物是一类在自然界广泛分布的酚类组分,具有多种生理与药理活性。糖基化能增加黄酮类化合物结构和功能的多样性,是当今新药创制的研究热点。本文阐述并归纳了不同结构类型的黄酮类化合物酶法糖基化修饰的生物转化现状与特点,并从糖的连接位置、数量及种类等方面描述糖基化修饰对黄酮类化合物生物活性的影响,为黄酮类化合物糖基化的开发与应用提供参考。
] Flavonoids are the most ubiquitous phenolic compounds found in nature. They have diverse physiological and pharmacological activities. Glycosylation can expand the structural and functional diversity of flavonoids, which has become one of the hot spots of new drug discovery. This review summarizes the current situation and characteristics of enzymatic glycosylation of different flavonoid structures, describes the effects of glycosylation on the bioactivity of flavonoids from saccharic link location, amount and type, and provides theoretical suggestions to the development and application of glycosy- lation of flavonoids.
