跨国知识网络组织的知识与信息共享
摘要
在全球化时代,跨国的信息与知识共享已经被公认为是亟待解决的重要问题,因此致力于解决这一全球问题的跨国知识网络组织(TKNs)数量也在不断增加。知识和信息的交换是跨国知识网络的核心功能。文章首先对跨国知识网络组织的结构、目标进行了描述,并提出了一个简化的概念模型来说明这些网络组织的主要特征;接着回顾了有关电子政府的研究成果,认为跨国信息共享和知识转移应该列入到电子政府的研究领域;最后对研究成果进行总结并概述了未来进行实证研究的思路。
