摘要
叙述了电力需求侧管理在中国的发展现状及存在的问题,指出,采用电力需求侧管理和一定的激励机制引导电力用户合理用电,可提高电能利用效率,节约电力和电量。
This paper describes situation and existing problems of DSM development in China.The author points out that we can increase utilization ratio of electricity,save energy by taking DSM and prompting mechanism to guide reasonable use.
