摘要
叙述了包括量测、通信、信息管理、调度、电力电子和分布式能源接入等智能电网的关键技术,借助美国智能电网研究应用情况,归纳和评述了智能电网技术实现的功能。
Key technologies of intelligent electric grid were described such as measurement,communications,information management,scheduling,power electronic and distributed energy connection.Based on research and application of America intelligent electric grid,functions and implementation of intelligent electric grid were summarized and surveyed in this paper.
