基于顾客价值的铁路货运企业价值链整合研究

摘要 运输市场日趋激烈的竞争,迫使铁路企业对其价值链系统进行整合.本文从提高顾客价值的角度,在对企业价值链整合进行理论分析的基础上,对基于顾客价值提升的铁路企业价值链整合方案进行系统研究,旨在为提升铁路企业的竞争力提供理论指导.研究表明,在以顾客为中心的时代,铁路企业应该构建基于顾客价值提升的动态价值链管理新模式,"动态"地看待价值链的整合过程,整合范围应放眼于整个行业的价值系统;应综合运用网络技术与作业管理方法优化铁路企业内部价值链,运用战略合作伙伴关系理论整合铁路与大客户的纵向价值链,与其他运输方式开展合作整合横向价值链. In the increasingly competitive transport market,it is necessary for railway companies to integrate its value chain systems to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage.This paper systematically explores the value chain integration programs of railway companies based on customer value enhancement with theoretical analysis on the enterprise value chain integration.The results indicate that railway companies should establish the new mode of dynamic value chain management based on enhancing customer value,namely,dealing with dynamically the integration process of value chain,combining network technology with operations management to optimize the internal value chain of the railway enterprise,making use of the theory of strategic partnership to integrate longitudinal value chain between railway companies and important customers,achieving transverse integration through cooperating with other transportation modes.
