股骨假体翻修的相关研究进展

Research Progress of Femoral Prosthesis Revision

目的：探讨目前国内外在髋关节翻修术中股骨假体翻修的研究进展.方法：查阅PubMed、CNKI数据库中近年来关于股骨假体翻修方面的研究文献,进行归纳总结分析.结果：在髋关节翻修中,术前股骨缺损的正确分型、假体的选择和股骨缺损的重建与修复是髋关节翻修成功的基础.结论：股骨缺损的分型、假体的正确选择和骨缺损的重建与修复仍需较好的解决.随着这方面的研究深入将有助于THA术后翻修患者的诊治.

Objective：To review the research on the femoral prosthesis in the total hip revision. Methods：To consult the related literatures concerning femoral prosthesis revision from PUBMED and CNKI clarabase,the obtained information was summarized and analyzed. Results：The right femoral defect classification, the choice of femoral prosthesis, and femoral defect reconstruction and restoration were foundations for a successful revision. Conclusions：The right femoral defect classification, the correct choice of femoral prosthesis, femoral defect reconstruction and restoration still need a better solution. Further researches on this topic will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of the patients after THA.
