Design and Implementation of Collective Land Certification System Based on MapX

结合辽宁省葫芦岛市的集体土地发证系统项目,研究了利用组件式GIS技术,在VB环境下嵌入MapX组件,使用Access数据库,建立集体土地发证系统的方法、功能,并探讨了GIS技术在集体土地发证中的应用。

This paper combines the collective land certification system of Liaoning Huludao City,studies the method and function of the collective land certification＇s establishment which uses component of GIS technology,with MapX embedded in VB software,and uses Access database,and it also discusses the application of GIS technology in collective land certification.
