摘要
当前国内外基于位置的服务开展如火如荼,而位置服务平台终端品种单一、价格昂贵是制约其发展的主要瓶颈。文章正是以此为契机,针对多品牌、各操作系统的手机进行定位、监控软件的研发,使手机这一普适性极强的产品作为位置服务终端实现实时定位上报、图片文字传输、基于3G移动网络的通讯等功能。从而满足政府、企业及个人用户对位置服务需求的多样性。
Presently,Location Based Services are being carried out in full swing at home and abroad.However,lacking of varieties and being expensive is a major bottleneck restricting the development of location terminal software.Accordingly,this paper illustrates how to develop the locating and monitoring software that can be used on smartphones of various brands with different operating systems,therefore,the mobile phone,a product with strong universal usage,can be used as a location service terminal to report locations,transmit imagetext,and communicate with 3G-based mobile network and so on.Finally,the various requirements of the government and enterprise users for the location service can be fulfilled.
