摘要
试验发现在绿豆种子水培中，添加活性炭、木炭能明显促进幼苗生长。经检验是因为炭能有效吸附单宁等酚类化合物，避免了这些物质对幼苗组织中蛋白酶的抑制作用。
In the experiment,it was found that in the water culture of Phaseolus radiatus seeds,adding the activated carbon or wood charcoal could evidently promote the seedling growth.Through the inspection it was because carbon could effectively adsorb the phenol compound of tanning,etc.to avoid the inhibition of these substances on the protease in the seedling tissues.
