四川中等职业教育发展的现状与对策

The Status and Countermeasures of Developing Sichuan Secondary Vocational Education

近年来,我省中等职业教育有了较大的发展,但整体培养能力有限、质量不高,还是存在教育观念滞后、管理体制不顺、生源质量较差、尚未形成投入与产出的良性发展机制等问题。当前,要促进四川中等职业教育的发展,主要应改变鄙薄职业技术教育的观念、科学定位中职学生的培养目标、真正确立市场需求型的中职专业设置、建立体现就业市场导向的中职教育课程开发机制、拓宽渠道,"解禁"限制,走多种形式办学之路。

In recent years,secondary vocational education in our province has greater development6,but the overall training capacity is limited and the quality is low.There are many questions,for instance,values education,management system,biogenesis quality and the mechanism of the input and output,and so on.At present,to promote the development of education in secondary vocational,the idea of despising vocational education should be changed,the target of secondary vocational education students education should be positioned,the specialty should be established according to market demand,the courses mechanism of professional secondary vocational education embody a market - oriented employment should be established,the channels should be expanded, the restriction should be relieved,the mode should be diversity.
