Th17细胞与组织器官移植排斥反应、移植物抗宿主病的关系
摘要
Th17细胞是近年来发现的一种CD4＋T细胞亚群,是继Th1、Th2、调节性T细胞之后的又一重大发现.Th17细胞同炎症、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、组织器官移植中的排斥和移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）等密切相关.本文就Th17细胞的生物学特性,Th17细胞与组织器官移植中排斥和GVHD的关系的研究进展进行综述.
