Bcl-2/IgH基因重排与非霍奇金淋巴瘤关系的研究进展
摘要
t（14;18）（q32;q21）基因重排为Bcl-2与免疫球蛋白重链IgH的基因整合,发生在约85%滤泡性淋巴瘤和30%弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者中,可使Bcl-2基因高表达,从而导致瘤细胞过度增殖.对疾病的辅助诊断、微小残留病监测、疗效评价和评估预后等具有重要指导意义.本文就Bcl-2/IgH基因重排的分子特点、生物学功能及临床意义进行综述.
