我国城市绿地建设过程中,会遇到大量遗留在规划绿地内的旧建筑,对待这些旧建筑物不能只是简单地拆除更新,选择部分旧建筑进行改造并加以利用能够达到事半功倍的效果对绿地内旧建筑改造可以增加绿地历史文化价值,有利于绿地生态保护,同时也更加经济具体可以采用功能置换。

In the course of construction of green space in China,there exists a problem that a large number of old buildings are left in the green space for planning.These old buildings can not be treated in a way just simply to remove and update.Only if part of the old buildings would be chosen and renovated,the entire process can be achieved effectively.The renovation of the old buildings in the green space could be modified to increase the historical and cultural value as well as to plus ecological protection to the green space,which is also cost-effective.In detail,functional transformation,renovation of external space and updating the internal can be used as access in this process of giving renascence to the old buildings in the green space.
