胃非小细胞型高级别神经内分泌癌临床病理学特征

Clinicopatholohical features of gastric non-small cell high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma

目的探讨胃非小细胞型高级别神经内分泌癌(NEC)的临床病理学特征。方法对12例拟诊非小细胞型高级别NEC胃癌病例进行光镜观察,选择Syn、CgA及NSE三种神经内分泌抗体,用免疫组织化学方法研究其神经内分泌的表达情况。结果 12例中,10例(83.33%)表达Syn,8例(66.67%)表达CgA,8例(66.67%)表达NSE。6例(50%)三种抗体同时表达,4例(33.33%)二种抗体同时表达,2例(16.67%)仅表达一种抗体。结论 Syn、CgA及NSE阳性可作为胃非小细胞型高级别NEC辅助诊断依据。

Objective To study the clinicopatholohical features of gastric non-small cell high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma（NEC）.Mithods The expressions of synaptophysin（Syn）,chromogranin A（CgA） and veuron sperific enolaes（NSE） were detected with immunohistochemistry in 12 patients with gastric non-small cell high-gradeNEC. Results Of 12 cases,Syn was expressed in 10 cases（83.33%）,CgA in 8 cases（66.67%） and NSE in 8 cases（66.67%）.Three antibodies were expressed in 6 cases（50%）,2 antibodies positive in 4 cases（33.33%） and 1 antibody positive only in 2 cases（16.67%）.Connlusion Positive expressions of Syn,CgA and NSE may be taken as the assistant markers for the diagnosis of gastric non-small cell high-grade NEC.
