差相磁场对水平连铸6063铝合金质量及组织的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Out-phase Electromagnetic Field on Surface Quality and Microstructure of HDC (Horizontal Direction Casting) Al 6063 Ingot

摘要 采用差相磁场水平连铸技术生产了100mm的6063铝合金铸锭;采用宏微观组织观察、金相分析等方法研究了差相磁场对6063铝合金水平连铸铸锭表面质量及内部组织的影响。结果表明,差相磁场可以有效地提高铝合金水平连铸锭的表面质量,减小皮下偏析层的厚度;差相磁场还可以有效改善铸锭的内部组织,使6063铝合金铸锭横截面上的晶粒更加细小均匀。 6063aluminum alloy ingot with 100mm in diameters was prepared by out-phase magnetic filed HDC casting.Effects of out-phase magnetic field on surface quality and microstructure of HDC 6063Al aluminum alloy ingot were investigated by macro-structure observation and OM(optical microscope)analysis.It is verified that out-phase can greatly improve the surface quality of HDC 6063aluminum alloy ingot and decrease the thickness of inner structure.In addition,finer and homogeneous grain can be observed in section of HDC 6063aluminum alloy ingot as a result of obviously improving the microstructure in ingot by out-phase magnetic field.
