胰管离断综合征
摘要
胰管离断综合征（disconnected pancreatic duct syndrome，DPDS）最早在1992年美国亚特兰大《急性胰腺炎临床指南》中提出，是指任何原因所导致胰腺的主胰管（可位于胰腺的任何部位）与消化道的连接中断（主胰管断裂或是被阻断），从而使断端远侧部分仍具有分泌功能的胰腺绀织分泌的胰液不能正常排入消化道。
