摘要
世纪之交，世界范围知识经济浪潮的挑战使我们的教改工作面临一个重大的课题，既如何提高大学生的综合素质。本文就何谓素质、素质教育的重要性、当代大学生应该具备哪些素质，作一阐述。
At the end of the 20th century, one of the most important problem in front of our educationist is how to enhance the quality of students. In this paper, we discuss what is the quality, the importance of quality education and how to improve the quality of higher education ′s student.
