摘要 水解胶原蛋白被认可为安全的。近年来的体外实验、动物试验和临床研究显示水解胶原蛋白具有明显改善骨骼和关节的健康效应:(1)水解胶原蛋白可刺激成骨细胞数量增加和破骨细胞活性减少,从而调整骨骼构成和骨矿分布;(2)有效维持骨密度;(3)通过扩大骨皮质面积,增加骨骼的坚固性;(4)避免骨吸收;(5)改善骨关节炎患者或高危人群关节疼痛和关节功能。所以,可以推荐骨质疏松高危人群和骨关节炎及其高危人群服用水解胶原蛋白,增进骨骼和关节健康。 Hydrolyzed collagen is recognized as GRAS. In recent years, some in vitro tests, animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that hydrolyzed collagen (HC) significantly improved bone and joint health: (1) HC intake may stimulate to increase number of osteoblasts and to decrease activity of osteoclasts for adjusting bones composition and bone mineral distribution; (2) HC may effectively maintain bone mineral density; (3)HC may expanse bone cortical area and increase robustness of the skeleton; (4) HC may avoid bone resorption; (5) HC may improve joint pain and joint function in patients with osteoarthritis and its high risk persons. Hydrolyzed collagen intake can be recommended to patients with osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and its high risk persons for promoting their bone and joint health.
