Expression of Livin and Bcl-2 in TSCC and its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的:探讨舌癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达及其与Bcl-2蛋白表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(SABC法)检测Livin、Bcl-2在舌癌和正常舌黏膜组织中的表达。应用SPSS 13.0统计软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:舌癌与正常舌黏膜组织中Livin蛋白阳性表达率分别为68.89%和10%,二者有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);Livin的高表达与舌癌组织学分化程度相关(P<0.05),与颈淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。舌癌与正常舌黏膜组织中Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为60.0%和0,二者有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);经Spearman等级相关分析,Livin与Bcl-2之间呈正相关(r=0.353,P=0.027)。结论:Livin蛋白在舌鳞癌组织中高表达,显著高于正常舌黏膜组织:Bcl-2蛋白在舌鳞癌组织中高表达,而在正常舌黏膜组织中无表达:在舌鳞癌组织中Livin与Bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关。 Objective: To explore the clinical significance on the expression of Livin and its correlation with Bcl-2 in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC). Method: Livin and Bcl-2 were examined by immunohistochemistry. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Result: Positive rates of Livin in TSCC and NLM were 68.89% and 10% respectively, and showed significant statistical difference (P〈0.01);Expression intensity of Livin was coorrelated to the pathological stage of TSCC (P〈0.05), and also closely to cervical lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). Positive rates of Bcl-2 in TSCC and NLM were 60.0% and 0 respectively, and there was a significant statistical difference between them (P〈0.Ot). The Spearman correlation coefficient was r=0.353, P=0.027. Conclusion: (1) There is a high positive expression in TSCC with Livin which is much higher than that in normal tongue mucosa tissues. (2) There is a high positive expression in tongue squamous cell carcinoma with Bcl-2, however there was no expression in normal tongue mucosa tissues. (3) In TSCC, protein expression Livin and Bcl-2 were positively correlated. [Key words] tongue squamous cell carcinoma; Livin; Bel-2 protein
