摘要 1病例资料例1，男，4岁，15kg，昏倒后发现有心脏杂音3个月余于2010年5月18日人我院行介入封堵治疗。患儿于3个多月前昏倒后在当地医院检查时发现心脏有杂音，诊断为先心病，未予治疗。自幼生长发育及运动耐力较同龄儿稍差，平时易感冒，无活动后蹲踞，无口唇发绀，无头痛、
