疱疹病毒尿嘧啶DNA糖基化酶基因及其编码蛋白的研究进展

Advances in uracil-DNA glycosylase gene of herpesvirus and its encoding protein

摘要 概述了疱疹病毒尿嘧啶DNA糖基化酶基因的特点、编码蛋白的基本功能和分布定位及与其他蛋白的相互作用的研究进展并进行了展望,以期为该基因的深入研究提供参考。认为,疱疹病毒尿嘧啶DNA糖基化酶基因属于早期基因,其编码的蛋白通过与其他蛋白相互作用共同完成DNA的修复与合成。 This paper reviewed the recent advances in the characteristics of uracil-DNA glycosylase gene of herpesvirus,basic function and location of the encoding protein,and its interaction with other proteins to provide a reference for further study of this gene.It was pointed out that uracil-DNA glycosylase gene is expressed during early stage,and that uracil-DNA glycosylase interacts with other proteins to accomplish the repair and synthesis of DNA.
