Advances in P-glycoprotein-mediated anthelmintic resistance and its reversal in parasites

摘要 从ABC转运蛋白家族、编码P糖蛋白(Pgp)基因、Pgp检测方法、Pgp与驱虫药的抗药性、Pgp介导的药物转运机制及其抗药性逆转、RNA干扰技术抑制或沉默Pgp基因表达等方面综述了Pgp介导的寄生虫抗药性及其逆转的研究进展,为将来解决寄生虫抗药性问题奠定基础。 Advances in P-glycoprotein(Pgp)-mediated anthelmintic resistance and its reversal in parasites were reviewed on family of ATP-binding cassettes,Pgp genes,detection methods of Pgp,roles of Pgp in anthelmintic resistance,mechanism in anthelmintic efficacy and reversal of drug resistance due to modulation of Pgp activity,suppression and silencing of Pgp expression by RNA interference,in order to offer the foundation for studying the mechanism of drug resistance in parasites in future.
