摘要
叙述了卵黄抗体(IgY)的分子结构和生物学优势,综述了IgY技术在病原体检测、半抗原检测、胃肠道疾病防治、水产动物疾病防治、中毒解救以及生物反恐等方面的研究进展。指出IgY可以用来替代传统的IgG抗体,认为未来IgY在人与动物疾病防治上的应用会不断加强,IgY具有广阔的研发前景。
The molecular structure and biological advantages of immunoglobulin yolk(IgY)were reviewed briefly.The new progress,research ideas and production of IgY technology developed in the past five years were summarized,including the use for the detection of pathogens and hapten,the prophylactic and therapeutic use in gastrointestinal infection,cavum oris,aquafarming,treatment of poisonings,as well as in the fields of biological safety.It is pointed out that IgY is able to replace the traditional IgG antibodies.The author of this review considered that the application of IgY technology to the control and treatment of diseases in humans and animals would be strengthened continuously in future and IgY has bright prospects for use.
