Fabrication and Characterization of BaTiO_3 Nano-powders by Organic-gel Combustion Method

摘要 以偏钛酸、双氧水、氨水、硝酸钡为原料,柠檬酸、EDTA为配位剂和燃烧剂,采用有机物凝胶燃烧法制备得到了BaTiO3纳米粉体。采用XRD、TGA-DSC、TEM、Raman光谱等方法对产物进行了表征。研究表明:立方相BaTiO3约在590-670℃之间反应生成,将所得胶状物前驱体在1000℃煅烧4 h,制得的四方相BaTiO3纳米粉体的粒径在60-120 nm。 Using meta-titanic acid,hydrogen peroxide,ammonia and barium nitrate as the raw materials,citric acid and EDTA as complexing agent and incendiary agent separately,BaTiO3(BT) nano-powder was fabricated by organic-gel combustion method and characterized by XRD,TGA-DSC,TEM and Raman.The results show that cubic BT was prepared at about 590-670 ℃.When the obtained jelly presusor being calcined at 1000 ℃ for 4 h,the grain sizes of obtained tetragonal BT nano-powders were 60-120 nm.
