摘要 microRNAs的发现是近年来生物学研究上的重要突破之一。随着研究的深入,证实了microRNA参与了免疫介导性疾病的发生发展。动脉粥样硬化是免疫介导性动脉血管壁慢性炎症,这将使得microRNA将可能成为动脉粥样硬化炎症反应研究的热点。本文综述了microRNA在调控炎症细胞的发育、分化及功能中的作用,与炎性细胞因子调控密切相关的microRNA,最后综合阐述了microRNA与动脉粥样硬化炎症反应的关系。 The discovery of microRNAs is a major breakthrough of biological research in recent years.With the rapid progress in the field,microRNAs have been confirmed to be involved in flammation and immune-mediated disease.Since in ammation is clearly a key event for the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis,microRNAs is becoming the research hotspot on revealing the explicit mechanism of atherosclerosis and developing new therapeutic strategies for vascular diseases.This article described the investigation progress on how microRNAs modulate the inflammatory cells differentiation and function,and then showed the role of specific microRNAs on inflammatory cytokines.In the end,we addressed the contribution of microRNAs for vascular in ammation involved in atherosclerosis.
