摘要 目的:探讨高压氧在脑弥漫性轴索损伤治疗中的疗效和机制。方法:72例脑弥漫性轴索损伤患者随机分为高压氧治疗组及常规治疗组,比较两组患者治疗后第1周、第2周、第3周及第4周格拉斯格昏迷评分(GCS)、昏迷时间及6个月后格拉斯格预后评分(GOS),评价高压氧治疗在脑弥漫性轴索损伤中的作用。结果:高压氧治疗组第1周、第2周、第3周及第4周GCS平均值及6个月后GOS平均值均明显高于常规治疗组,昏迷时间及死亡率明显低于常规治疗组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧在脑弥漫性轴索损伤治疗中具有重要的作用,可以明显降低患者的昏迷时间及死亡率,改善患者的预后。 Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on diffuse axonal injury(DAI) and its mechanism.Methods: Seventy-two cases of DAI were randomly divided into control group(group C) and hyperbaric oxygen treating group(group H) with 36 cases in each group.Average value of Glasgow coma scale(GCS) in 1,2,3,4,weeks,coma duration,and prognosis GCS in 6 months of the two groups were compared and used to evaluate the curative effects.Results: Average value of GCSs at the 1st,2nd,3th,and 4th weeks,and prognosis GCS in 6 months of group H were higher than those of group C.Coma duration and mortality rates were lower in group H than those in group C.The differences were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Hyperbaric oxygen has important effect in treatment of diffuse axonal injury.It can obviously decrease mortality rate and improve prognosis.
