急诊科新护士除颤知识培训效果观察

Effect of Defibrillation Training for New Nurses in Emergency Department

目的提高急诊科新护士的除颤意识,促进其对除颤知识和技能的掌握。方法通过问卷调查法对23名急诊科新护士进行除颤知识掌握情况调查,并针对性制定理论培训与技能培训相结合、集中培训与个别指导相结合、单项除颤技能培训与心肺复苏培训相结合除颤培训策略。结果急诊科新护士进行有针对性培训后,除颤知识考核成绩显著提高(P<0.01)。结论通过组织多元化的培训方式,能在较短时间内提高急诊科新护士除颤意识,及促进其对除颤知识和技能的掌握,有利于提高危重患者抢救成功率。

Objective To enhance new nurses’ consciousness and skills of defibrillation.Methods A questionnaire was applied to survey 23 new nurses in emergency department about their knowledge about defibrillation then training of different forms including defibrillation theory and skill,defibrillation combining with cardiopulmonary resuscitation was conducted.Results The evaluation of defibrillation skill for trainees was improved evidently after training.Conclusion Diversified training on defibrillation could enhance new nurses’ consciousness and skill of defibrillation and improve their working efficiency.
