护理部统筹二级分配护士奖金方案之改革研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的改革护理部统筹分配护士奖金方案,提高护士工作满意率,促进工作积极性,提高护理质量,缩小科室之间同级别护士奖金存在的巨大级差。方法以护理部统筹二级分配护士奖金方案取代传统的奖金分配。采用以职务、职称、岗位、夜班要素分配法,全院同等级别、同等岗位护士奖金基数相同,不同科室护士奖金基数乘于本科室工作量和工作质量综合目标考评分数。结果同科室不同岗位护士系数0.1差异,夜班护士与非夜班护士系数0.15差异。全院同等级别、同等岗位不同科室护士之间奖金级差由50%~100%缩小为〈15%。结论护理部统筹二级分配护士奖金方案,充分体现了护士的责权利,发挥了奖金对护士的激励作用,对提高护士的工作积极性和提高护理质量起到了重要作用。 Objective To reform the allocation of nurse’s bonus in nursing administration department,raise nurse’s satisfaction and promote their working enthusiasm.Methods A new bonus allocation program replaced traditional bonus distribution,in which position,title,post,night shift played a critical part.Nurses at the same level and same post had the same base of bonus and for those from different departments,their bonus depended on the workload and work quality comprehensive evaluation scores of their own department.Results The coefficient difference of bonus among nurses in the same departments while in different posts was 0.1,and that among nurses with and without night shift was 0.15.The bonus difference for nurses in the same level and same post while in different departments narrowed down form 50% to 100% to less than 15%.Conclusion The new bonus allocation program is effective and fully played an important role in improving the working enthusiasm of nurses.
