摘要
以导轨滑块机构为例,讲述了其刚柔耦合仿真的具体实现方法.首先在SolidWorks中建立导轨滑块三维模型,然后在ANSYS中生成导轨柔性体的模态中性文件,通过软件接口导入到ADAMS中,从而得到所需的柔性体,将滑块设为刚体,生成柔性多体动力学模型,为精确进行动力学仿真和实际物理样机的制造提供了基础.
With regard to the rail-slider mechanism,the simulation and implementation on rigid-flexible coupling are depicted.Firstly,a 3D model for rail-slider pair is established SolidWorksTM.Then,a modal neutral file for rail flexible-body is generated by and imported into ANSYSTM via software interface.In this way,the slider is treated as a rigid body so as to develop a dynamical flexible multi-body model.As such,this approach provides a basis on accurate dynamical simulation and physical prototyping.
