摘要
近年来美国GK公司研制的双质体活化给料机具有给料和活化的功能,同时还有给料均、功率小等优点而受到国内众多用户的青睐,国内多个研究机构和生产厂家也竞相研究、仿制,但均未见成功报道.究其原因,主要是在对设备进行建模分析时均忽略了隔振弹簧横向刚度问题,只是简单地以激振弹簧提供激振、隔振弹簧起隔振作用来处理.因此在充分考虑隔振弹簧横向刚度对设备水平位移产生的影响的前提下对其工作原理进行深入剖析,提出设计原则和模型,并设计加工了实体样机以验证所提模型的准确性.仿真结果和试验结果表明,所提出的模型对实际工程具有指导意义.
Owing that the bi-mass activation feeder produced by GK of United States possesses such advantages as few warehousing jam,constant material feeding and low power supply,it has been frequently accepted by Chinese users.Although many domestic research institutes and manufacturers attempt to develop and duplicate this product,no successful outcome occurs.With separate consideration of activation and insulation springs,the lateral stiffness of insulation spring is ignored.By further elaborating the working principles,design rules and models,the impact of lateral stiffness upon horizontal displacement is taken into account in this study.Eventually,the modeling accuracy is verified via a prototype.From the simulation and testing results,it is found that this approach can guide the industrial practices.
