摘要
摊铺机工作时,熨平板变形程度直接影响路面作业质量.通过三维建模软件PRO/E建立熨平板模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析熨平板纵向变形,并通过试验分析垂向变形.仿真计算和试验得出:在熨平板纵向,可通过施加合适的预紧力使熨平板纵向变形最小;在垂向,可通过设置激振轴的相位提前角来弥补相位滞后,使各段振动器同步旋转,减小垂向变形,从而达到提高熨平板作业质量的目的.
During road paving,the deformation degree of screeds delivers a direct impact upon road surface quality.After a screed model is established using PRO/ETM, the lengthwise and widthwise deformations of screeds are analyzed via ANSYSTM and testing,respectively.From simulation calculation and testing outcomes,it is indicated that the appropriate preloading produces the minimum screed deformation.With regard to the widthwise deformation,the phase delay is eliminated based on the phase leading angle of oscillation axis.This results in the synchronous rotation of vibrators for reducing the vertical deformation and enhancing the screed operational quality.
