摘要
以质量机能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)的核心———质量屋作为研究对象,基于产品广义质量将用户需求分为使用质量需求、价格需求、交货时间需求、工作环境需求、售后服务需求、制造装运需求六类,以及将产品的技术需求划分为24个小项,并研究了用户需求与技术需求间的相互关联关系,为产品设计人员根据用户需求确定技术需求提供依据.以DJ型高效脱硫除尘器为例,使用质量屋完成了产品从用户需求到技术需求的转变,确定了技术需求重要度,明确了设计工作的主要方向,并对新产品的市场竞争力与技术竞争力进行了评估.
Pertaining to Quality Function Deployment (QFD),the House of Quality (HoQ) is a prime.Based on the generic product quality,six customer requirements categories,together with 24 design specifications,are first accordingly obtained,including the quality,price,delivery,environment,after-sale,and manufacturing and transport requirements.To determine functional requirements from customer requirements,the correlations between them are then elicited by designers.By using a case study on DJ efficient desulfurizators,the customer requirements are next transferred into functional requirements via HoQ as well as relevant importance ratings.Finally,this approach,which is associated with new-product marketing and competition assessments,rides on the major directions for product design.
