摘要 本文基于纺丝动力学模拟模型及理论,根据计算机模拟结果详尽讨论了卷绕速度、泵供量、熔体温度、切片粘度对速度梯度、皮芯温差的影响。结果表明:泵供量、卷绕速度、切片粘度对速度梯度影响较大,从而影响纺丝成形;泵供量、熔体温度对皮芯温差影响较大,从而影响皮芯结构。 Based on the dynamic simulation model, theories of melt spinning, and the results of computer simulation, the influences of mass throughout, take-up velocity, melt temperature and intrinsic viscosity to the distributions of velocity gradient and the skin-core temperature difference are discussed in detial. The results show: the mass throughout, take-up speed and intrinsic viscosity affect the velocity gradient greatly, showing that they influence the formation greatly; the mass throughout and melt temperature affect the skin-core temperature difference, showing that they influence the skin-core structure.
