苎麻/棉转杯混纺纱的工艺探讨

The Technological Investigation of Ramie/Cotton Blended Yarn on Rotor Spinner

本文通过对苎麻和棉花的性能分析，确定了利用转杯纺纱的工艺路线，并对加工中各道工序的工艺参数进行调整、同时对加工中出现的一些问题进行理论分析，并提出相应的对策。这对今后转杯纺纱机上加工苎麻和棉混纺产品具有一定的指导意义。

This artical deals with the routine of rotor spinning and adjustment of factors on each stage of process by analysis of the properties of two fibers. Meanwhile, some problems occured in process were solved. It is useful for the processing of ramie/cotton blending products on rotor spinner.
