The Interpretation of Ethnic Culture Entering Campus in Guizhou Province with Culture Adaptation

摘要 本文作者运用实地观察和深度访谈的研究方法,对贵州省“民族文化进校园”的课程设置、教学形式、教学管理、科研工作、发展规划等进行了详细的实地考察,分析了其在历时7年的实施历程中取得的成效与存在的问题。同时在释析‘文化位育”内涵基础上指出,文化位育是文化全球化、中国现代社会转型、民族文化传承式微背景下,实现多元文化教育、保持民族特色、促进社会发展,以及不同自然与文化生态系统中生物个体与群体安所遂生的动力与有效方略。藉此论证了贵州省“民族文化进校园”庄保持民族文化绵续性与联带性、实现多元文化和谐共生方面的教育价值与社会文化意义。 The author uses field observation and depth interview to survey the curriculum setting, teaching style, teaching management, scientific research and development planning of "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" in Guizhou Province in detail and analyzes its achievements and problems in the implemental process over 7 years. Meanwhile, it is found that on the background of cultural globalization, Chinese modem society transformation and declining of ethnic culture inheritation "culture adaptation" are the power and effective strategy to realize multicultural education, maintain ethnic feature, promote society development and the adaptation of biological individual and group in different natural and cultural ecosystem on the basis of connotation of "culture adaptation". And it also conveys that "Ethnic Culture Entering Campus" in Guizhou Province is so valuable and o significant that it maintains the continuity and conjunction of ethnic culture and realizes the multicultural harmonious symbiotic.
