摘要
采用原子吸收光谱、XRD、IRS、EPR和SEM等实验手段研究分析了B2O3Na2O-CuO防污染玻璃组成、显微结构和铜离子释放量之间的关系.对防污染玻璃与纯Cu2O在海水侵蚀下铜离子的释放量作了比较,指出了用B2O3-Na2O-CuO系统玻璃代替纯Cu2O制备防污染涂料的可行性。
This paper reports the study results of B2O3-Na2O-CuO anti-fouling glass. The relstions among glass composition, microstructure and the amount of copper ions released have beenstudied by atomic absorption spectroscopy, XRD, IRS, EPR and SEM etc. The amount of released copper ions of anti-fouling glass and pure Cu2O in sea water has been compared. It has beendemonstrated that B2O3-Na2O-CuO system glass can be used in anti fouling coating instead ofCu2O.
