国产无磷洗衣粉螯合能力与去污力分析

摘要 无磷洗衣粉和无磷助剂的研究已成为近年来国内外合成洗涤剂工业和环境保护研究中的一个热点问题。以丙烯酸、马来酸为主体的多元共聚物PAA作为无磷助剂生产无磷洗衣粉具有良好效果。采用Scheffe法对国产聚羧酸盐水溶液在不同温度下的螯合能力以及水溶液的粘度等性质进行了研究,并用国产聚羧酸盐配制了无磷洗衣粉料浆,研究了其洗涤性能,认为PAA的螯合能力很高且随温度降低而升高,含PAA无磷洗衣粉的去污力好于含磷洗衣粉。 Study on nonphosphorus washing powder and aided agent is a serious topic in syntheticdetergent industry and environmental protection in recent years. PAA, a polybasic polymer ofmaleic acid and acrylic acid has good effect to nonphosphorus aided agent of nonphosphorus washing powder. The chelate capacity and viscosity of domestic polycarboxylic salt aqueous solution areinvestigated under different temperatures using Scheffe principle. Thick liquid of nonphosphoruswashing powder made of domestic polycarboxylic salt is prepared. It is concluded that PAA hashigh chelate capacity which increases with temperature decreasing and the decontaminating capacity of the nonphosphorus washing powder is superior to the phosphorus ones.
