摘要
目的通过分析心理咨询来电资料,了解本热线中各种心理问题状况及不同特征市民的需求。方法使用Excel 2003和SPSS 13.0分析2009年2月至2010年5月间的上海市公共卫生热线中心受理咨询来电资料。结果共收到9584例心理咨询,其中,女性为5476人,男性为4108人,21~40岁年龄组人群占46.34%,高中和大学人群占80.02%。咨询内容以情绪、精神疾病、人际关系、恋爱和代询问为主,所占比例分别为24.19%、10.14%、8.34%、7.60%和6.42%。除个别咨询内容外,不同性别、年龄、职业、文化和婚姻状况的人群,对心理咨询的需求存在差别,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论不同社会学特征人群的心理需求特征也不相同,应充分利用热线心理咨询优势,针对性地开展热线心理咨询服务。
Objective To analyze the information of psychological consultations from the public health hotline,and to understand the variety of psychological problems and the needs of people.Methods The data of psychological consultations from February 2009 to May 2010 was analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS 13.0.Results A total of 9584 psychological consultation persons were included,which contained 5476 females and 4108 males.The rates of the participants aged 21-40 years old and with the education levels of high school or college were 46.34% and 80.02%,respectively.The rates of consulting aspects on emotional,mental illnesses,relationships,love,and inquiry for others were 24.19%,10.14%,8.34%,7.60%,and 6.42%,respectively.Except for specific counseling content,the participants with different genders,age,occupation,marital status,and education level had different needs on psychological consultation(P0.05).Conclusion People with different social characteristics had different psychological needs,and the advantages of the public health hotline should be used to improve the psychological consultation service.
