摘要
采用对磺酸苯乙酮苯腙闭环合成2-苯基吲哚-5-磺酸,首先研究合成目标产物的中间体——对磺酸苯乙酮苯腙制备过程中的酸度及反应时间对制备反应的影响,同时还选择了适当的溶剂.接着又考察了反应物配比、温度及反应时间对目标产物合成反应的影响,并对产物结构进行了表征.实验表明,产品不仅纯度好,且收率高,结果令人满意.
This experiment adopted ring closuring of acetophenone - phenyl hydrazone - p - sulphonic acid to synthesis 2 - phenylindole - 5 - sulphonic acid. In the preparation of acetophenone - phenyl hydrazone - p - sulphonic acid the acidity , solvent and reaction time affects the reaction significantly. Also the mole ratio, temperature and reaction time have a great influence on the ring closuring reaction. The structure of the ultimate product has been identified by IR, HPLC&NMR. From the experiment results, this synthetic route offers high yield and excellent purity which can be used in next reaction without further treatment.
