摘要 MULPIC冷却模型是决定宽厚板产品性能的重要因素之一,而MULPIC区域的智能冷却模型很大程度上依赖于钢板的实测温度。本文介绍了LAND红外测温仪在MULPIC生产中应用,并详细介绍了红外测温仪的测温原理以及分类。对高温计的峰值采集功能、均值功能、跟踪保持功能做了详细介绍。 MULPIC cooling model is one of important factors to determine the performances of thick plate products . Intelligent cooling model at MULPIC region dependents on the temperatures of measured steel plates heavily. The application of LAND infrared thermometer in MULPIC production is introduced in this paper. The working principle and classification of infrared thermometer are given too. The peak collection function, the mean function, tracking and maintain function of the pyrometer are presented.
