Centum CS3000是以windows XP为操作平台的新一代DCS集散控制系统。介绍了该控制系统的配置和功能;简述了采用Centum CS3000对30万t/a合成氨装置集散控制系统进行的升级改造;以PID串级回路、SPLIT分程回路和比值控制回路为例,论述了Centum CS3000在合成氨生产中对温度、液位、燃料比值的调节控制方案。

Centum CS3000 is the new generation of distributed control system（DCS） taking the Windows XP as the operating platform.Author has introduced the arrangement and function of this control system;has briefly described the upgrading and reforming for DCS in ammonia synthesis plant with a capacity of 300 000 t/a using Centum CS3000;has discussed the controlling and adjusting scheme for temperature,liquid level,fuel ration in the ammonia synthesis production,taking the PID cascaded loop,split loop,proportion control loop as examples.
