摘要 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)与中国北方妇女卵巢上皮性癌遗传易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测130例上皮性卵巢癌患者和159例对照组妇女的MMP-7基因启动子区-181A/G单核苷酸多态性位点的基因型和等位基因频率分布。结果 MMP-7基因启动子区-181A/G多态的基因型及等位基因频率分布在上皮性卵巢癌患者组与对照组之间差异有显著性(P genotype=0.00和P allele=0.01);与A/A基因型相比,携带G等位基因能明显增加上皮性卵巢癌的发病风险,经年龄校正的OR值为3.21(95%CI=1.63~6.32)。结论 MMP-7启动子区-181 A/G多态与上皮性卵巢癌的遗传易感性相关,携带G等位基因可能增加卵巢癌的发病风险。 【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the association of the MMP-7 SNP with suscepti-bility of ovarian cancer in North Chinese.【Methods】Genotypes of the MMP-7 promoter SNP were performed in 130 ovarian cancer patients and 159 healthy controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length poly-morphism.【Results】The significant differences in genotype frequencies and allele distributions of the MMP-7-181A/G polymorphism were observed between ovarian cancer patients and control(P =0.00 and 0.01,respectively).Compare to the A homozygotes,the G allele carriers was significantly modified the risk of developing ovarian cancer,the adjusted odds ratio was 3.211(95%CI=1.634~6.315).【Conclusions】Individuals with the MMP-7-181A/G SNP G allele significantly increased risk of ovarian cancer.
